Absztrakt

A Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén megye folyóin május-június hónapokban végzett árvízvédelmi munkálatok próbára tették a védműveket, műtárgyakat, a védekező erőket és technikákat. A csapadékos időjárás júniusban tovább folytatódott, és a májusban mért legmagasabb vízállások is megdőltek. Június 4-én és 7-én a védekezésben részt vevők száma meghaladta a 12 ezer főt. 2010. június 2-án 10 órától ismét veszélyhelyzetet kellett hirdetni. Rendkívüli készültséget rendeletek el a Sajó, a Hernád védelmi szakaszaira, valamint a Bódva folyó Hidvégardó-Boldva közötti szakaszára. Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén megyében ár- és belvíz ellen 208 településen védekeztek. A rendkívüli árhullám a Bódva menti települések védett részeire is betört, Szendrőn 17, Edelényben 24 lakóház dőlt össze az elöntések következtében. Jelen tanulmányunk a Bódva menti települések 2010. évi árvízi védekezési munkáit és káreseményeit foglalja össze.

The flood protection measures undertaken in May-June at the rivers of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county have put to the proof the defense system including the levees, structures, protection efforts and methods. The rainy weather continued throughout June, and even the highest water levels recorded in May were exceeded. On the 4th and 7th of June, more than 12000 people worked on the defense. The renewal of the state of emergency became necessary from 10 am on the 2nd of June. Emergency preparedness was ordered on the sections of rivers Sajó, Hernád as well as on the section of river Bóldva between Hidvégardó and Boldva. In Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county, protection measures were undertaken against flood and access water in 208 communities. Despite this, the exceptional high water flooded some areas of the communities along the Bódva, 17 houses collapsed in Szendrő, and 24 in Edelény. This study summarizes the protection measures and damages during the 2010 flood for the communities along river Bódva.
