Absztrakt

Európa bizonyos országaiban a 20. század második felétől kezdődően kibontakozó terrorizmus eszközeit, módszereit, céljait és résztvevőit tekintve jelentős változásokon ment át és ez az átalakulás még napjainkban is tart. A 21. század kezdetével az európai kontinensen, azon belül is az Európai Unió országaiban a korábbi évtizedekhez képest teljesen új típusú terrorcselekményeket elkövető egyének, szervezetek ellen felerősödött a nemzetközi összefogásra és együttműködésre való igény. Ezt tükrözi az új terrorellenes uniós stratégiák és szervezetek életre hívása és azok folyamatos fejlesztése a hatékony és megbízható működés érdekében.

From the second half of the 20th century in some countries of Europe devices, methods, goals and participants of the terrorism underwent major changes and this transformation is ongoing today. From the start of the 21st century in the European continent – especially in the countries of the European Union – enhanced the need for international cooperation against the new type of terrorist acts, the new individuals and organizations of this area. This is reflected in the initiation and continued development of new union strategies and organizations against the terrorism.
