Absztrakt

Az informatikai (IT) projekt végrehajtásához szükséges, de nem elégséges a hagyományos projekt eszközök és módszertanok használata (pl. PMBOK). Sajátosságait többek között az ilyen típusú projektek összetettsége, bizonytalansága és sikertényezőinek nehéz mérhetősége adja. A tanulmány – a szerző által fontosnak tartott szakirodalmi források alapján – az IT projektek néhány kritikus kulcsterületét és kezelésük lehetőségeit veszi sorra. A több, összetartozó részprojekt összehangolását segítő portfolió menedzsment, az opciókban történő gondolkodás és a projekt egészét végig kísérő kockázatmenedzsment, valamint a projektirányítás emberi oldalának újragondolása segítheti a szervezeteket igényeiknek megfelelő információs rendszerek kialakításában.

The application of traditional project tools and methodologies (e.g. PMBOK) is necessary but not sufficient for implementation of information technology (IT) projects. Among others it is characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of the similar types of projects as well as the measurement difficulty of its success factors. The study, based on professional sources that were considered important by the author, analyses some crucial areas of IT projects and rehearses their handling possibilities. Portfolio management that helps in coordinating coherent sub-projects, thinking in options, risk management that follows the whole project, rethinking the human part of the project management, all can support the development of the information systems appropriate for the needs of the organizations.
