Absztrakt

A Magyar Honvédség három alapvető új híradó-informatikai szabályozójának (doktrína, stratégia, szabályzat) központi fogalma a híradó-informatikai szolgáltatás. A fogalom meghatározása és értelmezése a szabályozókban azonban eltérő tartalommal szerepel. Jelen publikáció célja a híradó-informatikai szolgáltatások fogalma egységes értelmezésének elősegítése. Ezen belül: elemzi a szolgáltatások és a támogatás, illetve a szolgáltatások és a katonai híradás és informatika alapfogalmainak kapcsolatrendszerét; bemutatja és elemzi a híradó-informatikai szolgáltatások értelmezését a NATO-ban és Magyar Honvédségben; végül javaslatot tesz a híradó-informatikai szolgáltatások Magyar Honvédségen belüli értelmezésére.

The central concept of the three basic new CIS regulatory documents (doctrine, strategy, regulation) is communication and information services. However in these documents, the definition and interpretation of the concept is different. The aim of the recent publication is to contribute to the common understanding of the concept of CIS services. As part of this: analyses the relationship between services and support, and between services and the basic concepts of military communication and information; presents the interpretation of CIS services in NATO, and in HDF; finally proposes a definition of the concept of CIS services in HDF.
