Absztrakt

A cikksorozatban áttekintem a bitumenfeldolgozás során Magyarországon és külföldön előforduló káresemények, ipari balesetek jellemzőit, a kiszámíthatatlanná váló, visszafordíthatatlan folyamatok hatásait egy hazai finomítóban történt, kettő készbitumen terméket tároló tartály robbanásának és tűzesetének katasztrófavédelmi szempontú vizsgálatán keresztül. Fő célom a fenti eseményekhez vezető folyamatok mélységeinek megismerése, a tudás birtokában a helyes üzemeltetői gyakorlat kialakítása, a megelőzésre fókuszálva a fejlesztési irány felfedezése és kijelölése.

In this series of articles, I am going to review the characteristics of harms and industrial accidents that took place in Hungary or abroad and the effects of procedures that have become unpredictable and irreversible during the processing of bitumen through the revision of an explosion from a disaster recovery viewpoint that happened in a Hungarian refinery where two tanks that contained finished bitumen exploded and caused fire. My main goal is to recognize the deepness of the procedures that led to the events above, the configuration of proper operational use when we have the knowledge, exploring and setting a direction of development focusing on prevention, furthermore introducing an innovation.
