Absztrakt

Alábbi cikkemben a magyar Rendőrségen belül működő érdekvédelmi szervezetről, a Független Rendőrszakszervezetről (FRSZ), illetve megemlítés szintjén több más -nem csak rendőrségi- érdekképviseletről írok. Témaválasztásomat részben az indokolja, hogy álláspontom szerint eddig senki sem írt összefoglalóan az FRSZ-ről, nem született egy részletekre kiterjedő, példákkal ellátott összefoglaló, amely tükrözné a múltbeli és jelenkori rendőrségi érdekvédelmet. Másik indokom, hogy érdekesnek találom a témát, és úgy gondolom, hogy hasznos erről írni, hiszen bárkinek szüksége lehet egy ilyen - adott munkahelyen belüli - szervezet segítségére, és talán így egy átfogó képet lehet alkotni erről a tevékenységről. A mai átalakuló világban, ezen belül is a folyamatos változáson áteső fegyveres szervezeteknek figyelembe kell venni a változások állományra gyakorolt hatását, ebben fontos szerepet játszik egy érdekvédelmi szervezet. A cél az, hogy ne legyen szükség ilyen szervezetekre, munkáltató és munkavállaló egységes feladattal, a munka elvégzésével, együtt létezzen egymás mellett.

This article shows the representation of interests that have taken shape in Hungary, within this, the problems arising at the police, the negotiating disposition of the organizations of the representations of interests, and the Independent Police Trade Union. The reason why this topic was chosen is that in our present rapid and changing world, where the interests of the employer and the employee hardly correspondent to each other, it could be timely to expound a system of opportunities, which could support the cooperation with trade unions, especially with the Independent Police Trade Union within the police, later on. Unfortunately, because of the continuous concentration and reorganization regarding the armed forces, the number of those who utilize or tend to utilize the help of trade unions multiplied, consequently, in my article, I worked up a current topic.
