Absztrakt

A tevékenységirányítás döntéseken alapul, melynek előkészítéséhez komplex információhalmaz gyors és hatékony feldolgozása szükséges. Az információk forrásai, fajtái folyamatosan bővülnek, viszont ezek feldolgozásával kapcsolatos kockázatok is folyamatosan emelkednek. A falra felragasztott térképrészlet, falra kitűzött fantomfotók és gyűjtött információk, pár asztali telefon és URH berendezés már a múlté. De hol tart a tevékenységirányítás eszközrendszere és milyen információforrásokat kell elemeznie? A téma aktualitását a migráció és a terrorizmus okozta növekvő biztonsági a kockázat adja. Publikációm célja hogy, feltárjam ezen kockázatok kezelésében tevékenyen résztvevők eszközeit.

Operations management is based on decisions that need to be processed quickly and efficiently. The sources and types of information are constantly expanding, but the risks associated with their processing are constantly increasing. Map pieces, police sketches and pieces of information collected pinned on the wall, desktop phones and 2-way radio equipment have all become a thing of the past. Where is the operations management toolkit headed towards and what are the types of information sources that need to be analyzed? The actuality of this research topic is given by the increasing security risks coused by the migration and terrorism. The purpose of my publication is to explore the equipment used by those who are actively involved in managing these risks.
