A rendszerv�lt�st k�vet�en egyre nagyobb jelent�s�ggel b�r a mag�nvagyon megb�z�s alapj�n t�rt�n� v�delme. A felesleges k�lts�gterhek elker�l�se v�gett meg kell hat�rozni a megb�z�k fel� a biztons�gos �letvitelhez sz�ks�ges magatart�si szab�lyokat is. Ha a vagyonv�delmi szakember elk�sz�tette a k�rnyezet b�n�gyi fert�z�tts�g�nek vizsg�lat�t, a v�dend� vagyon meghat�roz�s�t, a megb�z� �s csal�dtagj�nak fenyegetetts�g szintj�t, a kock�zatok felt�r�sa szerinti rezsimszab�lyokat, a biztos�t�i elv�r�sokat, t�nylegesen elkezd�dhet a szem�ly- �s vagyonv�delmi rendszer megtervez�se. Seg�ts�get kell adni a Megb�z�nak abban, hogy az esetlegesen bek�vetkezett rendk�v�li eset sor�n milyen k�telezetts�gei �s jogai vannak az elj�r�s sor�n. Folyamatos kapcsolatot kell tartani a Megb�z�val annak �rdek�ben, hogy a komplex vagyonv�delmi rendszere minden esetben biztos�tsa a mindenkori anyagi helyzet�nek �s a csal�dtagjai �lethelyzet�nek megfelel� biztons�got. Cikkemmel �j gondolatokat k�v�nok �breszteni, melyek tal�n el�seg�tik a vagyonv�delmi szakma fejl�d�s�t, meg�jhod�s�t.

The commission-based protection of private property has had an ever greater importance since the political transformation. In order to avoid the unnecessary costs also the behavioral rules necessary for safe life management have to be defined for the principals. If the property protection expert executed the criminal contamination analysis of the environment, the definition of the property that shall be protected, the level of endangeredness of the principal and its family members, the regime rules according to the disclosure of risks and the insurance expectancies, the planning of the personal -and property protection system can actually be started. The Principal shall be informed regarding its liabilities and rights during the procedure in case of an occasional extraordinary circumstance. A continuous contact shall be kept with the Principal in order that its complex property protection system could in every case ensure the safety suitable for the Principal's prevailing material status and its family members' life situation. With my article I wish to awaken new thoughts that might promote the development and renewal of the property protection profession.
