Absztrakt Egy analitikai elj�r�s ker�lt kidolgoz�sra az �pi�tok �s Amfetamin sz�rmaz�kok emberi hajb�l t�rt�n� meghat�roz�s�ra g�zkromatogr�f-t�megspektrometri�s (GC/MS) m�r�si elven alapul�, szelekt�v ionmonitoroz�s technik�val. Az elj�r�ssal bels� (surrogate) standardk�nt a vizsg�lt �pi�t vegy�let (Heroin) metabolitjainak deut�riummal jel�lt molekul�it alkalmaztuk. Az Amfetaminok eset�ben a k�s�r� standard az MDMA-D5 volt. Az Amfetamin sz�rmaz�kokat, a felapr�tott, �r�lt hajb�l, s�savval t�rt�n� bont�st, majd semleges�t�st k�vet�en, folyad�k-folyad�k extrakci�val nyert�k ki. A kalibr�ci�hoz nat�v (�res) hum�n hajat haszn�ltunk �gy, hogy azt, a vizsg�lt anyagnak a kalibr�ci�hoz sz�ks�ges koncentr�ci�j� elegy�vel jel�lt�k meg. An analytical method is presented here for the assessment of opiates and amphetamine derivates in hair by employing mass spectrometry in the selective ion monitoring mode following its separation with gas chromatography. Deuterated (marked with heavy water) analogies of the analytes were used as surrogate internal standards. The common surrogate standard for amphetamine derivates was MDMA-D5 and 6-mam-D3 for opiates. Before the extraction the samples were digested with methanol for opiates and with the solution of hydrochloric acid for amphetamine derivates. Calibration was accomplished employing blank human hair spiked with the analytes at various concentrations.
