Absztrakt

A cikk az élelmiszerellátási lánc terrorfenyegetettségével foglalkozik a kritikus infrastruktúrái veszélyezettségének bemutatásán keresztül. A terrorcsoportok szemszögéből nézve az élelmiszerlánc elemeit könnyű pusztítani. Az ún. modernkori terrorizmus története szerencsére nem bővelkedik ilyen célpont elleni terrortámadásokkal. Az élelmiszer és vízellátás sérülékenysége miatt azonban ennek kockázatát komolyan kell venni.  A tanulmány érinti azokat a területeket, amelyek a témához kapcsolódnak, pl. a biztonság tágabb értelmezésének kérdéseit és a terrorizmus jellemzőit.

The article deals the terror-threat on the food supply chain through the presentation of the danger of its critical infrastructures. From the view of terror groups the elements of the food chain easy to ravage. The history of the terrorism fortunately doesn't abound with terrorist attacks against a target like this. Because of the sensibility of the food and a water supply, however it is necessary to take the risk of this seriously. The study affects the areas that are attached to the topic, eg. the questions of the extended meaning of the safety and the features of the terrorism.
