Absztrakt

A publikáció a védelmi ipar globális és európai színterei áttekintésén keresztül kísérletet tesz a magyar védelmi ipar és a katonai képességfejlesztési folyamat kapcsolatrendszerének felvázolására. A technikai tevékenységet folytató gazdasági társaságok tevékenységei áttekintését követően a privatizáció felmerülésének kérdéseit illetve annak sikertelenségei hátterét igyekszik megvilágítani. Összefoglalásként, kitörési pontok megfogalmazásával igyekszik a lehetséges megoldásokat felsorakoztatni a hazai védelmi ipar és a technikai tevékenységet folytató gazdasági társaságok tevékenységei színvonalának emelése érdekében.

This publication is making an attempt to point out the relation between the domestic defense industry and the capability development process, through the review of the activities at the global and European theatres of the defense industry. After reviewing the specific activities of the technical and technological oriented companies and Small Military Enterprises (SMEs), the author is dealing with the question of the privatization and the background of the unsuccessful privatization in the defense sphere. Summarizing the way ahead, the author is trying to formulate potential solutions for the development of defense related activities implemented by companies, SMEs and by the entirely defense sector.
